WORKING TOGETHER TO MANAGE LONG-TERM SICKNESS ABSENCE
Managing long-term sickness absence in light of the recent decision in HM Revenue & Customs –v- Stringer & Others on holiday entitlement will be the topic of Howes Percival LLP’s next ‘Working Together’ quarterly employment law seminar to be held in November.

Employment law experts, Tom Sharpe and Harriet McInnes from the Norwich office of the law firm, will offer employers practical guidance on the law in this area and will field questions relevant to attendees’ organisations.

The seminar will also include a round-up of recent employment case-law and, attendees will have the opportunity to raise and discuss any employment law issues currently facing their business.

The seminar will be held on Tuesday 24th November 2009 (4.30pm to 6.00pm) and repeated on Thursday 26th November at the same time. The seminars will be held at Howes Percival LLP’s office, The Guildyard, 51 Colegate, Norwich, NR3 1DD.
