The law firm Howes Percival has a new partner, Nick James, in its property team based at Leicester.
Nick joined Howes Percival from the law firm Fishers in Ashby de la Zouch. Prior to his time at Fishers, where he was a partner, he worked at Roythornes in Nottingham.

Nick specialises in advising on strategic acquisitions of land for future development and its associated clawbacks and uplifts, and on investment acquisitions of industrial and commercial estates. His client base includes investors and major regional developers.
