Experienced Member of the Institute of Legal Executives, Kate Scammell has joined the expanding Family and Private Client teams at Howes Percival LLP in the East Midlands, working from the firm's East Midland's offices.

Kate is joining Jane Cowley and Justine Flack as part of the Family team established in April 2010.

Highly skilled in their work with individuals and families, the team also advises on a wide range of relationship and family concerns, including child residency and support, other dependents, divorce, and pre and post nuptial arrangements.
