Justine Flack, Head of the Family Law team in Leicester commented; “I am delighted to welcome Joanne to Howes Percival, she’s a really strong addition to the team. Joanne is very client focused and likes to tailor her approach to meet the needs of clients on an individual basis.

“Our Family Team has a powerful offering in the East Midlands, in particular in the area of financial advice on divorce and relationship breakdown. We have developed a specific expertise in complex financial cases particularly those involving businesses, offshore assets, pensions and jurisdictional issues. We’ve also seen a marked increase in cases where couples are looking to protect themselves and their assets through cohabitation agreements or ‘pre-nups’.

” Howes Percival’s Family Law team provides a fully integrated and comprehensive service for high net worth individuals and family businesses. The team works closely with other legal experts within the firm to advise on all aspects of relationships and family matters, including those relating to children, property, family and farming businesses, estates, wills, probate, trusts and tax.

All Howes Percival family lawyers are members of Resolution, a national organisation of family lawyers and other professionals committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.

Whilst the team will strive to get the best result for clients by agreement, they are also experienced litigators and will represent clients’ interests in Court robustly when necessary.
