We are able to advise in all areas including Trade Marks, Copyright, Design Rights, Patents and Passing Off. Whilst we are experienced in undertaking complex IP litigation we also deal with client’s day to day IP queries. Our advice is practical, commercial and cost sensitive.
In addition to IP litigation advice, we can advise on ways and means of protecting a company’s Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), often an organisation’s most valuable asset. Services offered include drafting and applying for UK and International Trade Marks and Design Rights, as well as drafting appropriate agreements and licences to trade with domestic and international businesses.
The team also offers an IP audit to asses a client’s IP portfolio, how it may be developed and how it can be protected.
