Tessa Haskey, Howes Percival’s Chairman, commented; “We’re delighted to welcome Lisa to Howes Percival. She is very highly regarded and well-connected in the commercial property sector and brings valuable experience and expertise to the firm. Since opening the new MK office, we’ve looked to bring in the best talent possible at Partner level with appointments such as James Howarth for IP and media litigation and Corporate and Commercial Partner, Edward Lee. Lisa’s appointment is the final piece of that jigsaw, and will allow us to build a dedicated commercial property team for clients in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area.”
Howes Percival’s commercial property construction and development team advises landowners and developers with a comprehensive legal advice offering across the full spectrum of requirement, from site acquisition and strategic planning to development finance, tax advice, construction disputes and plot sales.
