Alex currently deals with a range of commercial property transactions including acting for Developers in Plot sales and land acquisitions, Legal Charges, complex Land Registry applications as well as residential freehold and leasehold transactions. Previous to joining Howes Percival’s commercial property team, Alex has acted for a national house builder dealing with the sale of new build properties and also in residential conveyancing.
Alex’s career in property has been ongoing since 1997 and she has enjoyed roles at various law firms in Norwich throughout her career. She joined Howes Percival in 2014 in the Commercial Property Team and then moved into the role of Residential Conveyancer in 2015. She then moved back into the Commercial Property Team in May 2017 to the role of Paralegal.
