Ewan acts for a broad range of clients in contentious property matters affecting both commercial and residential property.
Ewan has experience acting in a wide range of contentious property issues, including Land Registration matters before the First Tier Tribunal, adverse possession claims, interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants and landlord and tenant disputes. His recent experience includes providing advice on lease renewals, break clauses, dilapidations and service charge disputes. He acts for a range of clients, including private individuals, landlords, tenants and larger organisations. He also act for housing associations providing housing management advice.
Prior to working in property litigation, he worked for a number of years as a transactional property lawyer.
