James is a solicitor based in our Cambridge office specialising in commercial real estate. His experience includes property management work for landlords and tenants (including licences to assign, licences for alterations, deeds of easement and deeds of variation), buying and selling freehold and leasehold commercial property, banking and secured lending work as well as all aspects of both residential and commercial development work.
Some of his recent work includes advising developers on large-scale commercial projects, acting for one of the eastern region’s biggest breweries on large-scale pub disposals and acting for banks in relation to multi-million pound secured lending.
