Acting for HM Revenue & Customs, Jodie has conduct of a number of high value litigation matters before the First-Tier Tax Tribunal. Her experience spans the entire Appeal process, from the drafting of the documentation through to the preparation for and attendance at the lengthy final hearings of these complex fraud Appeals.
Since qualification, Jodie has gained experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Prior to joining Howes Percival Jodie trained within a niche firm specialising in travel and overseas litigation, covering personal injury, contractual disputes, debt recovery and complex group actions. Jodie subsequently spent 18 months post qualification practising family law.
