What our clients say

We pride ourselves on our service and this is what our clients say about us:

“I heard about Howes Percival’s conveyancing service from a friend, and they’ve been just perfect!”

“Howes Percival has always been our solicitor, the service is excellent.”

“Just fabulous service from start to finish. Efficient, clearly laid out documentation, proactive chasing of the other side, prompt responses to all queries raised by me, and a very smooth deal through to exchange and completion. Thank you very much indeed!”

"I have worked with Sarah Hancox before during my time at Orbit Homes. I then referred her to my father for his purchase and now for mine. She is friendly, efficient, professional and timely and I can’t recommend her enough!! Anyone who uses her is one very lucky person!"

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sian and Sarah both for the sterling service you each provided with my sale and purchase, during which I feel was particularly challenging at times. I could not have asked for more. At the age of 74, I don’t intend to move home again! However, if the need does arise I will have no hesitation in again engaging your firm to act on my behalf."

"Couldn't be happier with the support, advice and speed of response from Howes Percival. Even with our solicitor taking leave during the transaction the coverage was well handed over and handled in their absence. Howes Percival were completely aligned with our objectives and Sarah Hancox did not let up on the other party nor did she ever make us feel like we were anything less than important to her."

“Sarah was kind, speedy and thoughtful. If I ever do this again I will specifically ask to work with her, she was incredible.”

"They were well prepared admin-wise, anticipating problems and providing balanced solutions. Staying calm when I might be getting a little too emotional and gung-ho, slowly bringing me back to sensible responses. They kept the pace ticking along nicely, always updating me on a timely basis, and made sure we were ready all in advance of each major milestone. And we made it on both transactions with time to spare!! Plus, delivered with charm and humour."

“What the team has that I’m attracted to is the personal attention you get; it always feels as though you’ve got all their time and it feels like they genuinely care about your set of circumstances.” - Chambers and Partners
