Contextual recruitment filters for flair

We seek to recruit the best people from every background, regardless of their personal circumstances. To aid that objective, we recently adopted the Contextual Recruitment System (CRS) from recruitment software firm Rare. The system allows us to understand each applicant’s achievements in the context in which they have been gained. As a filter it is only ever used to screen people in, not out, and under no circumstances are candidates ever marked down for supplying this information. 

 

Applications process

To apply for either a training contract or our vacation scheme, fill in our online application form.

If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend an assessment day in late July or early August. The assessment lasts for approximately half a day and includes an interview, presentation and a number of tests.

If you are successful following the assessment day, we will aim to inform you either the same day or as soon as possible afterwards.

Apply for a Training Contract or Vacation Scheme here. Our Training Contracts consist of four 6 month placements, sitting with a Partner or Associate across a number of practice areas and locations. Our week-long Vacation Scheme offers the chance to gain valuable work experience in a law firm.
