Former BHS director disqualified for 10 years

Former BHS director, Dominic Chappell, and his father Joseph have been disqualified from acting as company directors for 10 years and 5 years respectively.

The ruling follows an investigation and then Court proceedings, handled by Howes Percival, into the failure of BHS and a number of other companies. Full details can be found here.
