In this session, Chris Cliffe, founder of CJC Procurement Ltd, will lift the lid on what effective procurement really looks like in practice. You’ll gain a clear, practical introduction to Category Management and the two four‑box models that shape strategic supplier thinking, before moving into interactive table discussions exploring what makes a business attractive to suppliers, how to assess performance and how to respond when things go wrong.

Joe Dix Foundation, is a Norfolk-based charity created in memory of 18‑year‑old Joe Dix, who tragically lost his life to knife crime. The Foundation works to deepen understanding of the dangers of child criminal exploitation, knife crime and gang culture, helping young people make safer choices and supporting adults to recognise early warning signs. Through awareness‑raising, practical resources and community support, the charity is dedicated to creating safer environments for young people.
