Planning Webinar

Event Date: Wed 14th Jan 2026

Planning law update following publication of a swathe of planning reforms

Government's new National Planning Policy Framework and associated planning reforms of 16 December 2025 are said to represent the “biggest re-write of planning rules in over a decade” and aimed to enable “thousands more homes to be built faster in every region”.

As the dust begins to settle on these radical new proposals, Howes Percival’s planning law experts will consider the practical implications for development projects across the country, with particular focus on housebuilding in the Eastern Region (including Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge and Essex) and across the East Midlands and Home Counties.

This webinar is essential to our developer, promoter and landowner clients and their consultant teams, both in the context of live planning applications and also to help dictate application strategies in the short, medium and long term for these local authority areas where Howes Percival’s planning team specialise
