James Howarth, Partner and Head of Howes Percival’s Oxford office, commented,
We are absolutely delighted to bring Rob over to Howes Percival. He is someone we know well already, and his appointment means we can establish a dedicated commercial property offering on the ground in Oxford and enhance the service we provide for our clients here.
Rob is well connected in our local market and has an excellent reputation for leading on some of the most transformative real estate projects in the region. He has particular experience of working with housebuilders which is a key area given the high demand for housing in the region and also commercial property for the high-performance engineering sector.
Oxford continues to see a growing demand for commercial and residential space as a key hub for some of the UK’s strongest sectors including R&D, life sciences and technology, so strong expertise in commercial property law is particularly in demand. As well as expanding Howes Percival’s service offering in Oxford, Rob will play a key role in developing our office and its position in the city as it continues to grow.”
