Howes Percival has appointed commercial property expert Selina Norris in the first phase of the expansion of its real estate offering in the city.
Legal Director Selina is experienced in all aspects of commercial property law and has advised on a wide range of property portfolio requirements including general estate and asset management, acquisitions and disposals, development and investment portfolios, bespoke licences and auction sales. She is also experienced in corporate transactions, especially large hospitality portfolio sales and joint ventures.
The appointment follows the arrival of commercial property Partner Rob Lynch in January this year to head up the Oxford real estate team.
Howes Percival’s national Commercial Property team has a reputation as one of the largest and most skilled teams of property legal specialists outside London. The team acts for many household names, including some of the country’s largest housebuilders, commercial developers, investors, lenders, business owners, charities, landowners, construction firms and public sector organisations.
Howes Percival Partner Rob Lynch commented,
It is fantastic to be able to bring Selina to Howes Percival. Selina is highly regarded and brings a great deal of experience and gravitas with her. The appointment will enhance the firm’s offering to the drinks, hospitality, and leisure sectors, while her work with financial institutions, logistic companies and in the retail sector is also impressive and will help us grow our offering to clients who either operate in this area or are actively considering investment opportunities.
The next few years will see both challenges and opportunities in the economy and perhaps most pertinently in the drinks, hospitality, and leisure sectors, so Selina’s knowledge and experience will prove invaluable in assisting our clients.
