Howes Percival has appointed residential development specialist Liz Turner to its dedicated Development team in Leicester as demand for the team’s service continues to grow.
Liz has 25 years of residential development experience, working both in-house and in private practice for regional and national housebuilders. Liz joins Howes Percival in Leicester as a Senior Associate, having spent the previous 16 years in the Group Legal Department for Barratt Redrow PLC.
Part of the wider Commercial Property team, Howes Percival’s Residential Development team has an impressive client portfolio that includes major UK house builders, as well as local and regional developers, landowners, and public sector organisations. The team has been involved with many of the region’s largest developments acting for developers, planning promoters and landowners in connection with major development projects.
Earlier this year, the Residential Development team added Navjot Duggal in response to an increase in instructions from existing clients and new client wins, including both regional and national PLC housebuilders.
