Howes Percival has won the Abacus Worldwide 2019 Firm of the Year award. The award is presented on an annual basis to a leading professional services firm which stands out in the following key areas:
- Client services
- International business
- Fostering Abacus member engagement and development
Howes Percival is the first winner of the award, which was presented during the Abacus Annual World Conference in Singapore earlier this month.
President and CEO of Abacus Worldwide, Julio Gabay said,
“I cannot think of a better firm to be the first recipient of this award. We are proud to have Howes Percival as active members of the association. Members such as these help the association to truly shine on a global scale.”
The award was accepted by Edward Lee, a corporate partner in the firm’s Milton Keynes office who is responsible for growing the firm’s international reputation and reach. In October, Edward was praised for his work involving cross-border transactions in the legal directory, Chambers and Partners:
“Edward Lee is highly esteemed for his work involving domestic and cross-border transactions in the technology, motoring and real estate industries. A client comments: ‘I find him very easy to work with, highly knowledgeable and pragmatic on the best way to achieve the results a client is looking for.'"
“We are delighted to be the first recipient of this award. We find the referrals and knowledge exchange that Abacus Worldwide fosters immensely valuable and it’s been great to see the network grow.
