We invite you to join a Health and Safety Workshop, presented by Darren Broadhead Consulting in partnership with Howes Percival.

Together we have created an informative, entertaining and inspirational workshop focusing on Health & Safety as a business risk. It will challenge the typical pre-conceptions regarding Health & Safety in the workplace and, as business leaders and decision-makers, your ownership of this particular and hugely significant risk in and to your business. It will also examine steps that you can take to ensure that your organisation has the right Health & Safety culture and inspire others in how to think positively and effectively about safety.

Presented by Darren Broadhead - a Health & Safety leadership specialist with 20 years’ experience working across many sectors, including automotive, aeronautical, food, packaging construction and construction materials - and by Alan Millband - a partner here at Howes Percival with the best part of 30 years’ experience as a specialist Health & Safety lawyer - the topics covered will include:

Aligning health and safety with your business Values, Vision and Strategy as a key factor in risk control
The law – evermore the driver for high levels of health and safety performance
Fair and just culture and the road to success

The workshop will be concluded with a question and answer session, followed by a networking lunch.
