Abigail advises farmers, landowners, estates and rural businesses on a broad range of agricultural and rural property matters. Her experience includes the acquisition and disposal of farms and rural land, agricultural tenancies, overage arrangements, options, easements, first registrations and title matters. Abigail regularly assists clients with complex rural property transactions and provides practical, commercially focused advice on the ownership, occupation and management of agricultural land and estates.
