Experience and Background

Anna specialises in contentious trusts and probate disputes. She has extensive experience advising clients in respect of claims pursuant to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, Will validity claims, the removal of executors and trustees, claims concerning domicile disputes and proprietary estoppel claims. Anna also advises in respect of Guardianship Orders and Presumption of Death applications
