Bethany is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Planning team, based in our Norwich Office.
Bethany advises on many aspects of planning law. She has been involved in advising some of the UK’s largest housebuilders, promoters and landowners on a range of development projects. Bethany has experience in negotiating complex s.106 and infrastructure agreements; legal audits of planning applications; planning appeals; judicial review; and advising on all aspects of planning law including enforcement and permitted development rights.
