Bineeta supports the employment department by assisting with a wide variety of both contentious and non-contentious matters. Bineeta has experience of assisting with employment tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings and bundle preparation. Bineeta also assists with a variety of non-contentious matters including drafting contracts of employment and employee handbooks.
Bineeta studied Law and Psychology at De Montfort University and graduated in 2009. Bineeta has been with Howes Percival since 2012.
