Bineeta is an Immigration Adviser within our Immigration team, and specialises in providing comprehensive guidance and support to businesses navigating the complex immigration landscape. Her expertise extends to facilitating sponsor license applications, skilled worker sponsorship, and various other visa processes, including Global Business Mobility visa applications and considerations pertaining to the right to work. Through adept management of both legal requirements and administrative intricacies, Bineeta facilitates seamless transitions for individuals relocating for business or work related purposes.
Bineeta studied Law and Psychology at De Montfort University and graduated in 2009. Bineeta has been with Howes Percival since 2012.
