Bradley is a Solicitor in our Corporate team in Milton Keynes. He advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, company restructures, reorganisations and refinance as well as shareholder agreements and other share schemes.
Bradley has developed particular expertise in the automotive sector, having successfully advised numerous clients on automotive retailer acquisitions, disposals, restructures and demergers. His practical approach and sector knowledge enable him to deliver tailored solutions that meet his clients' commercial objectives.
