Chloe is a qualified solicitor in our corporate team in Leicester. She advises clients on different corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals (including management buy-outs, sales to third parties or employee ownership trusts) and has broad experience with restructures and reorganisations. As well as other corporate matters such as refinancing and drafting and preparing shareholder agreements and new articles of association.
