Courtney has experience dealing with a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, providing clear and pragmatic advice tailored to her client’s needs.

She regularly advises on disciplinary and grievance procedures, employment disputes, contract documentation, settlement agreements and employee exit strategies. 

Courtney acts for both employers and employees across a variety of sectors including food and beverage, technology, and construction.

Courtney joined the team in October 2025, following her qualification as a Solicitor in June 2024 and having gained valuable experience with a regional firm.
