Daniel is a second year trainee solicitor based in the Norwich office, undertaking his final seat in the Corporate and Commercial team. Daniel supports the team and clients on a wide range of corporate matters and transactions including the sales and acquisitions of businesses. Daniel joined the firm in March 2022 as a paralegal in the Commercial Property team.
Daniel’s previous seats include Insolvency, Dispute Resolution and Employment, where he has gained experience in an array of contentious matters.
Daniel previously worked as a paralegal in a small commercial law firm in London, where he was a paralegal in the Property department. He has assisted fee earners on freehold and residential acquisitions, as well as assisting on private lending matters.
