Dashna has extensive experience in advising financial institutions (including banks, funds, alternative lenders and private equity sponsors), multinational organisations and corporate borrowers on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Specialising in all aspects of banking and finance transactions including leveraged finance, corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending, restructuring, and syndicated loan transactions, with a strong understanding of regulatory and commercial banking frameworks.
Dashna also has significant knowledge in relation to distressed debt and enforcement of debt acting for both lenders and borrowers.
Dashna has over 20 years experience in the legal sphere. Dashna has spent the majority of her career working at a City law firm and more recently worked at other large regional law firms which has enhanced her legal experience.
