Emma joined Howes Percival as a Senior Associate in the Cambridge office in August 2022. Emma was previously at another Cambridge firm where she completed her training contract and then worked for 5 years post-qualification. Emma has experience in a range of commercial property areas including landlord and tenant work, portfolio management, sales and purchases, finance, infrastructure agreements, corporate support, and acting for buyers and sellers of development land.
Emma originally studied veterinary medicine at Newnham College, Cambridge University in the 1990s and following qualification worked as a vet at practices in Lincolnshire and Cambridge for many years. Emma started studying law in 2012 and qualified as a solicitor in 2017.
