Emma is an Associate in the Commercial Property Department and is based in the Leicester office having joined the firm in 2023. She has a wide variety of experience in commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, acting for landowners in the negotiation of option agreements, conditional contracts and overage as well as acting for landlords and tenants on leasehold matters.
Having started out as a paralegal following the completion of the Legal Practice Course, Emma qualified in 2006 working in a niche property and planning practice and apart from a career break has continued to work in commercial property.
