Gemma Evans is ranked in the Legal 500 as a ‘Next Generation Partner’. She is also an accredited member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel, recognising her as a specialist in family law. She has practised in family law since 2006.
Gemma’s financial cases often involve family businesses, trusts, inherited wealth, and the protection of family wealth through pre and post nuptial agreements. As well as advising on complex financial disputes, Gemma also advises on children cases, including international relocation and financial claims for children of unmarried parents. She recently acted on behalf of a tech-entrepreneur in a reported Schedule 1 financial case before the High Court, W v X [2025] EWHC 1696 (Fam).
Gemma is also a qualified Collaborative Lawyer. She is focused on achieving resolution where possible and providing pragmatic advice. Gemma guides clients through various non-court dispute resolution processes, such as private financial dispute resolution. However, she also has considerable experience representing clients in Court, providing robust representation when needed.
