Experience and Background

Grace qualified into the Family Law team at her previous firm in March 2025 and has experience in divorce, financial matters on divorce, separation, cohabitation, matters relating to children, and pre-nuptial agreements. Grace has experience with a variety of different clients, including business owners, farmers, clients in same-sex relationships, high-net worth clients and clients divorcing later in life, amongst others.

Grace completed her training contract at HCR Law, which included a seat in the Family Law team and then qualified into the Family Law team at the same firm in March 2025 before moving to Howes Percival in July 2026. Grace continues to specialise in family law matters.

Grace has strong collaboration skills and works closely with other members of the Family Law team and other teams as needed to ensure the client receives an excellent service. Grace is highly personable and empathetic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills that help her build trust with clients and colleagues. She is approachable, clear and supportive in her advice, particularly when guiding clients through sensitive and emotionally challenging family law matters.
