Experience and Background

Harry joined Howes Percival’s specialist construction team in 2024 and is an experienced paralegal dealing with a predominantly disputes based caseload. Harry has substantial experience of acting for clients involved in construction disputes. He has been involved in conducting many adjudications and is also involved in supporting the team in substantial matters before the Technology and Construction Court. Harry has also been involved in ADR, having attended a number of mediations and worked with clients to manage resolution of issues through structured commercial dialogue. He takes a keen interest in construction and regularly attends ProCon Leicester and other construction events. He graduated from Durham University in 2023 and is due to start a training contract with the firm in 2027.
