Helen is an experienced non-contentious lawyer with extensive in-house experience, most recently in the defence sector but with notable experience in the universities, healthcare and life sciences sectors. 

Helen’s experience spans a highly varied range of legal, contractual, and compliance matters present at all stages of the contract lifecycle. She has a particular tech focus with a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies Helen is experienced in the sale and supply of innovative technology products, research and grant funding contracts, commercial research and development contracts, software and data contracts as well as technology and licensing.
