Holly Hunt

Holly is an Associate based in the Norwich office. 

Holly completed her training contract in-house at one of the largest housing associations in the country where she gained knowledge in the litigation, residential property and commercial teams and completed an external secondment in commercial property at a local law firm. Holly joined Howes Percival’s social housing team on successful qualification as a solicitor in June 2025. 

Holly has experience in dealing with a range of commercial property work both within and outside the social housing sector, including development, landlord and tenant matters, and refinancing projects.
