Isobel is an associate solicitor in our Corporate Team based in Cambridge. Isobel advises on a range of corporate matters including corporate acquisitions and disposals as well as restructures and reorganisations. She also has experience preparing shareholder agreements, articles of association, and assisting with other general company law matters.
Isobel joined Howes Percival in July 2025 from a local firm, where she worked as an associate in their Corporate and Commercial Team after completing her training contract with them in 2024.
