James is an Associate who qualified as a solicitor into the Commercial, IP/IT team based in the Leicester office in January 2026. James has experience in drafting, advising and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements (including terms and conditions, framework agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, consumer contracts and outsourcing agreements).
James trained with the firm from September 2023 to September 2025, undertaking seats in Dispute Resolution, Commercial, Corporate and Construction.
Prior to joining Howes Percival, James worked as a paralegal primarily in Real Estate in both Midlands and London firms.
