Jessica is a paralegal based in the Northampton office. She assists the Intellectual Property team with a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Jessica has experience of assisting with trade mark applications and disputes, as well as assisting with more general commercial litigation.
With a background in dispute resolution relating to property, Jessica also assists the Property Litigation department in the East Midlands.
Jessica joined Howes Percival in January 2018 as a secretary, having previously worked at a high street law firm. During the course of the last three years, she has supported fee earners and gained a breadth of experience in the fields of intellectual property and property litigation, before becoming a paralegal with the firm in April 2021.
