John qualified as a solicitor in November 2022 and works in the Corporate, Commercial and Banking team in Leicester. He advises on a range of corporate transactions including company sales and acquisitions, reorganisations and restructuring.
John also provides company law advice to directors and shareholders in relation to their obligations, including advising on the contents of articles of association of a company.
