Kristina Blackett

Kristina graduated CILEX Law School and subsequently worked for a number of firms gaining experience in a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions for local and overseas clients which included contract negotiation, rescission and assignment of contract. Since joining Howes Percival her specialist focus is residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and more complex transactions. She is also experienced in dealing with new build properties including the Help to Buy aspect. Kristina speaks fluent Russian which has benefitted a large number of Eastern European clients and continues to assist where language may be a barrier.
