Lizzy advises on a range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and joint ventures. Lizzy also advises on general company law matters such as shareholders' agreements, articles of association, share issues, transfers, buybacks and capital reductions.
Lizzy joined Howes Percival in 2013 as a paralegal and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in October 2019.
