Lizzy advises on company start-ups, constitutional matters and company secretarial issues. She has experience advising on a range of corporate transactions (including reorganisations and shareholder arrangements) and commercial matters (including terms and conditions and commercial contracts). Lizzy also assists the Corporate department with business and share purchase transactions.
Lizzy’s legal career began in 2007 when she joined Rogers & Norton as a legal secretary. She then moved to Hatch Brenner LLP in 2011 working with Nathan Horton and Katherine Brown and joined Howes Percival LLP in 2013 as a paralegal. She is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is now in the process of gaining the relevant experience to enable her to qualify as a Fellow.
