Luke is a corporate lawyer who specialises in advising clients on various corporate transactions, including sales, disposals and MBOs. Luke assists business owners not only on transactional activity, but also with various corporate and commercial matters during the lifecycle of a business, ranging from shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance support, investment and fundraising activity and corporate reorganisations. Luke also has experience in acting for buyers on the acquisition of competing businesses or the making of investment in a new venture.
Luke qualified into the corporate team upon the successful completion of his Howes Percival training contract in September 2024. Luke is an active member of the office and chairs the Norwich office Charity Committee.
