Luke is a second year trainee solicitor, currently undertaking his fourth and final seat in the Corporate and Commercial team working out of our Norwich and Cambridge offices. Luke returned to the Corporate and Commercial team having undertaken his second training seat within the team. As a trainee within the Corporate and Commercial team Luke supports the wide ranging corporate work undertaken by the team including assisting on corporate acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructures/reorganisations and drafting shareholder agreements. Luke also assists in various commercial matters, ranging from the negotiation of key supply contracts to drafting general terms and conditions.
Luke’s first seat was in Property Litigation where he undertook a wide range of contentious work for both individual and corporate landlords. Luke undertook his penultimate seat assisting the Employment Team in advising and acting on behalf of both individuals and corporate entities in a mix of non-contentious and litigation matters.
