Mayoori is an Associate in the Commercial, IP and Data team, and she is based in the Milton Keynes office. Mayoori advises a diverse portfolio of clients from major national and international companies to innovative start-ups on various commercial arrangements, including complex projects and day-to-day commercial matters. Her expertise spans a wide range of commercial contracting, including supply of goods and services, distribution agreements, agency agreements, AI, software and technology agreements and bespoke terms and conditions.
Mayoori also provides commercial support to the corporate team on transactions, undertaking commercial due diligence and advising on risk allocation, warranty protection and post-completion performance improvement to trading arrangements.
