Natalie worked in HR advisory and management for almost 10 years before qualifying as a solicitor and has experience dealing with a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters with a pragmatic and commercial approach.
Natalie’s experience working in HR enables her to advise clients from a first-hand perspective on topics ranging from TUPE to ER processes, recruitment, settlement agreements and employment tribunal claims.
Natalie joined the employment team as a newly qualified solicitor in September 2024 and works across Northampton and Milton Keynes.
