Nina Gilroy

Nina has experience in a broad range of employment law areas including: drafting employment documentation, termination of employment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, TUPE and settlement agreements.

She has advised on contentious and non-contentious employment and HR matters and has acted for both employers and employees including high net worth individuals, charities, small businesses and start-ups.

Nina joined the employment team in May 2025, following her qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive in October 2024 and having gained valuable experience across international and regional firms.
