Ollie Flowers

A Legal Director in our Corporate, Commercial and Banking team in Cambridge, Ollie specialises in corporate transactions and has considerable experience of advising on a wide variety of work including M&A transactions, fundraisings, restructurings, joint ventures, share schemes and general corporate advisory work. 

Ollie acts for a wide variety of clients including entrepreneurs, private companies, LLPs and partnerships, including on transactions involving venture capital and private equity parties. Ollie works with clients in a wide range of sectors including technology, automotive, agriculture, healthcare, manufacturing and media.
