Paula leads our Commercial, IP/IT and Data Services team and is a highly experienced commercial contracts specialist, known for advising on complex service and technology projects. She also plays a key strategic role in our Technology and Innovation sector group.

With deep expertise across a wide range of industries—spanning manufacturing, high‑tech, healthcare, and government—Paula brings extensive experience in commercial trading arrangements and technology-driven projects. She regularly advises manufacturers, service providers, supply chain businesses and public sector bodies on major procurements, technology solutions, and sophisticated contractual joint ventures.

Paula is recognised by Legal 500 for her work at the intersection of commercial contracts and IT, and is praised for being “calm and considerate with a brilliant eye for drafting.”
