Richard is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team, based in Norwich. He acts for developers and landowners on a wide range of commercial and residential development projects.

Before joining Howes Percival, Richard worked in Real Estate Finance, advising a broad range of lenders and borrowers on secured lending, property development finance and portfolio transactions. 

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and is known for his thorough, pragmatic and commercially focused approach, ensuring that clients objectives are delivered effectively.
